These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sacredillusions.com (the "Site"), operated by Danielle in connection with the Sacred Illusions project ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, downloading a ringtone, joining our mailing list, or purchasing music or merchandise, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site in any way, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — listening to previews, purchasing music or merch, downloading free ringtones, and engaging with Danielle's content. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
All music, artwork, photography, videos, logos, and written content on the Site — including the Sacred Illusions album, the No Coincidences EP, all associated cover art, and the "Sacred Illusions" and "Danielle" names and branding — are owned by Danielle or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under these Terms (such as the free ringtone downloads described below).
Ringtones offered as free downloads on the Site are provided for your personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or use these files for any commercial purpose. We reserve the right to change ringtones from free to paid at any time, and to modify or remove available downloads without notice.
When the Site's shop is active, purchases of music or merchandise are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all sales are final. Digital music purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to stream or download the purchased tracks for your own use — they do not transfer any ownership or copyright in the underlying recordings or compositions.
Instead of a traditional password, purchased music is accessed through secure, time-limited "magic link" emails sent to the address you provide at checkout. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to your inbox could use your login link. Login sessions are valid for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) and can be re-requested at any time from the Site.
Approved affiliates may share referral links to promote Sacred Illusions music and merchandise in exchange for a commission on resulting sales, tracked via a referral cookie. Affiliate relationships are subject to separate written or emailed terms provided at the time of approval, including commission rates, payout schedules, and prohibited promotional practices. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, suspend, or terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion, including for fraudulent or misleading promotion.

The Site links to third-party platforms — including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Instagram, and theofficialdanielle.com — for your convenience. We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danielle and Sacred Illusions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or damage to devices — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danielle, Sacred Illusions, and their respective representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Danielle's business is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
